If we upload avatar or any picture
have error like this

Imageinfo Failed:
PHP Error: The function exec() has been disabled

 



Here's how to solved:

1. Click vBulletin Options Dropdown Arrow
2. Click vBulletin Options
3. Double Click Image Settings
4. Image Processing Library must be GD
5. Save
